Anne-Sophie Poggi
She holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in procedural law from Paris I Panthéon- SorbonneAnne-Sophie Poggi has been a lawyer since 1992 and immediately specialised in new technology law. She became a partner in a full-service business law firm in 1993, then co-founded Derriennic Associés in 1994 and set up POGGI AVOCATS IT in 2012.
Anne-Sophie Poggi offers her expertise in information technology, digital and data law, both as counsel and in litigation. She advises key players in the technology, pharmaceutical, property management, airline and retail sectors.
Anne-Sophie Poggi helps companies implement digital transformation, outsourcing, facilities management, hosting and data protection projects. Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of their organisation, her 30 years' experience in the market and her cross-disciplinary approach to issues, she also acts as a strategic advisor to her clients.
Nicolas Taverna
A lawyer since 2021, Nicolas Taverna spent more than ten years as a lawyer and then General Counsel at Infovista, a telecommunications software publisher, before joining POGGI AVOCATS IT.
Bilingual, of French and American nationality, he has taken part in numerous assignments in the United States and other common law jurisdictions.
Nicolas Taverna mainly advises on and litigates in IT and business law. He also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and compliance (export of encryption equipment, international sanctions).
Nicolas Taverna holds M2 degrees in business law from Université Paris Descartes and in financial law from Université Paris Saclay, and has been a temporary lecturer in company law at Université Panthéon Assas.
