The outcome of an IT dispute depends on proof of the breaches and the damage suffered. The technical nature of IT issues means that, where necessary, a legal expert may be called in to advise the court on the technical aspects of the dispute.

We provide our expertise at all stages of the expert appraisal, both upstream, prior to any trial on the merits (Article 145 of the CPC), and during the trial on the merits, in terms of litigation strategy, defining the expert appraisal's tasks, drafting statements, coordinating with expert advisers, and appealing to the judge responsible for supervising expert appraisals in the event of difficulties.
