We identify the target's intangible assets, and customer, supplier and employee contracts to check that intellectual property clauses are present and properly drafted. We look for any registrations of intellectual property rights. We check compliance with legal requirements on the protection of personal data and the compliance of the target's websites with applicable legislation (cookies, terms and conditions, confidentiality charters, legal notices, etc.).

Our mission is to provide advice to enable the acquirer to know the level of risk of the target and to address them in the acquisition contract.
