How do you combat anonymous attacks on the Internet?

Attacks on e-reputation, identity theft and attacks on personal data are on the increase on the Internet. We support our clients who are the victims of anonymous attacks on the internet, using all available means of redress:

• taking direct action with domain name registries to have a domain that usurps personal data or infringes a registered trademark deleted;
• dereferencing requests to search engines ;
• emergency legal proceedings against various Internet players (hosters, Internet service providers, site publishers, search engines) in order to obtain injunctions (dereferencing, removal of content, site blocking) or the communication of information (identity, means of payment used by the perpetrators of the attacks);
• legal action for damages ;
• criminal complaint, filing of a civil action, follow-up of the investigation file, request for documents ;
• filing a complaint with the CNIL to protect the rights of those attacked.
