On this day of applicability of the RGPD, POGGI Avocats IT is pleased to announce the launch of its new online compliance tool. ICW - In Compliance With "developed in association with Julia KATLAMA, (Katlama Avocats - Criminal and Corporate Criminal Law) and Jean-François Boulet (BBL & Associés Avocats - Employment Law).

ICW is a platform that helps companies implement their compliance programmes: Sapin II/ Anti-corruption law ; RGPD and protection of whistleblower.

ICW offers turnkey digital solutions to help companies achieve compliance on time and tackle these changes in standards with peace of mind:

- A video support fun;
- From QUIZ to validate their knowledge;
- A course material downloadable ;
A Whistleblowing system to enable companies to outsource their alert system and the processing of alerts.

ICW was conceived and designed by lawyers, in collaboration with technical experts specialising in digital training, to offer effective tools tailored to companies' compliance needs.
