Assistance to the DPO of a hotel group

After assisting a hotel group with its compliance programme before the RGPD came into force, we are continuing our support in maintaining its compliance in operational condition.

Our remit includes assistance on both recurring and one-off issues, such as the implementation of DPIAs, assistance in responding to a data subject's exercise of his or her rights or notification of a security breach, or the review of DPAs signed with their US suppliers following the Schrems II ruling and the invalidation of the Pricacy Shield.
